Towers Watson’s Exchange Solutions business segment acquired the nation’s largest private Medicare exchange in 2012. It was was known then as Extend Health – a company that I had founded eight years before.

I have also served as the senior vice president of marketing and business development at eHealth, Inc. I was the director of development for OnCare, and I was vice president and general counsel for Advance Paradigm and corporate transactions attorney at Jones, Day, Reavis and Pogue.

In 2011, I was was honored to be named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year for Northern California in Business Services.

I graduated from Baylor University and received my law degree from The National Law Center at George Washington University.
